Here in our traditional dog and cat kitchen in the beautiful Dorset countryside, we take the finest British produce and create delicious, nutritious dinners for pets.

We practice what we preach…

We’ve all made an integrity pledge here at Luna & Me, ‘to do the right thing, even when no one is watching’.

What that actually means is, we want to create delicious raw dinners for dogs and cats, using traditional methods that do justice to our ingredients. All our wonderful raw dinners for pets are made from animals, that have lived the right kind of life – as far as humanely and practically possible.

So, forget the marketing for a minute, if you buy our raw dinners for dogs and cats and you believe in doing the right thing then you’re one of us – someone who’ll always give you an honest opinion and try their hardest to make everything just right.

Here’s a list of what we will do and what we won’t…

We care about what your pets eat and where it comes from. It’s what gets us out of bed in the morning and what helps us sleep at night.

We take the same fresh meats, fruits and vegetables you’d find at your local farmers market to create our menu, in other words our dinners are made with human grade ingredients – but intended for dogs and cats.

We’re a pretty picky bunch too (our suppliers say our uncompromising standards are even more demanding than most of the human food companies they work with).

We only make products that we’re excited to feed to our own dogs and cats, that they’re excited to eat, and that make a meaningful, positive difference in their lives. Anything less wouldn’t be worth all the bother.

What’s more…

We won’t drop our standards in order to increase margins or lower prices. Luckily, our customers seem to find our range fairly priced – and we’re frequently no more expensive than other companies standard ranges.

On the other hand…

We do source from the most sustainable and ethical sources. Local is ideal, where practical, but we’ll go further if that means better quality. We’ve found out, through experience, that when producing the best food, you can’t turn a sow’s ear into a silk purse. We only use the best British ingredients – and we like to think it shows.
