LUNA & me Rewards FAQs
How do I join LUNA & me Rewards?
LUNA & me Rewards is available to anyone who creates an account at lunaandme.com. When you create an account, you will automatically become a member.
I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
All customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in LUNA & me Rewards. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one Rewards account was created per person.
Where can I find all of my Rewards account details?
Your account page has the details of your Rewards account.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my Rewards account?
You will receive points for purchases made after creating your Rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & points?
At this time, we are unable to merge customer accounts.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points for rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit your account page to view all of your reward options and click the Spend button to redeem your chosen reward.
How long does it take for points to appear in my account after purchasing?
Your points balance will reflect points earned from a new purchase after your payment has been fully processed through our system.
I redeemed points but didn't make a purchase. Can I get them back?
If you redeemed points but ended up not making a purchase, the redemption code will be valid for any future purchases.
You can view previous redemption codes in the Rewards history section of your account.
Can I combine rewards points with a discount code?
At this time, you are unable to redeem both a discount code and reward points at the same time on lunaandme.com. You will need to select one discount code to use per purchase.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 2 years from the day they were earned.
How do Tiers work?
The LUNA & me Tier programme means the more you spend, the more you save. As you move up in the tiers, you will earn more points per order that you can redeem as a discount on future orders.
Tier status is maintained on a rolling calendar year and you will move back to the LIKE status if you do not reach a spend level within the calendar year to maintain that tier level.
Do you have a referral programme?
Yes! Through our referral programme, your friends receive 20% off of their first order, and you receive 500 points for every successful referral. In order for a referral to be successful, each friend you refer must be a new customer and must order through your unique referral link.
