Luna

Luna was a rescue cat. We fed her a grain-free diet, as advised by the rescue centre, but over time, we noticed she was always hungry. She would break into our bin and cupboards to get whatever food she could, even though she was being fed the right amount.

Four years ago, she developed an allergy to something and began over-grooming, causing her to have huge bald patches. She was unsettled, and we felt so sad for her.

We tried multiple new diets suggested by the vet, many of which were expensive and many she wouldn’t even try, but nothing worked. Eventually, the vet ended up prescribing Luna immunosuppressive medication, which was expensive and had quite a few potential issues with long-term use.

I then saw an advert for LUNA & me on social media. I read about the benefits of a raw food diet and that it can help with skin and coat issues and also make pets feel fuller than dry/wet food can, so I decided to try it out.

We first just bought a couple of packets to see if Luna would eat them, and she loved them, so we put them on a repeat order.

Luna has been having raw patties for about six months now, and the difference in her is amazing. She is no longer trying to steal food and seems full and content. She is also no longer needing medication or over-grooming and has a beautiful, shiny coat.

The change in her has been amazing, and the vet couldn’t believe that we’d managed to wean her off all medications too. I wish we’d found LUNA & me sooner; it would have saved Luna from a lot of discomfort.

The food is good value for money, comes well packaged, and is easy to store. We will certainly be using LUNA & me for all our future pet food needs and would recommend it to anyone looking to give their pet the best diet they can.
