How do I join LUNA & me Rewards?
LUNA & me Rewards is available to anyone who creates an account at lunaandme.com. When you create an account, you will automatically become a member.
I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
No, all customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in LUNA & me Rewards. If you have more than one customer account with us a Rewards account will be created per active account.
Where can I find all of my Rewards account details?
Your account page has the details of your Rewards account.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my Rewards account?
You will receive points for purchases made after creating your Rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & points?
At this time, we are unable to merge customer accounts.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points for rewards couldn't be easier! Scroll up to the How To Use Your Points section above to view all of your reward options and click the Spend button to redeem your chosen reward.
How long does it take for points to appear in my account after purchasing?
Your points balance will reflect points earned from a new purchase after your payment has been fully processed through our system.
I redeemed points but didn't make a purchase. Can I get them back?
If you redeemed points but ended up not making a purchase, the redemption code will be valid for any future purchases.
You can view previous redemption codes in the Rewards history section of your account.
Can I combine rewards points with a discount code?
At this time, you are unable to redeem both a discount code and reward points at the same time on lunaandme.com. You will need to select one discount code to use per purchase.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 2 years from the day they were earned.
How do Tiers work?
The LUNA & me Tier programme means the more you spend, the more you save. As you move up in the tiers, you will earn more points per order that you can redeem as a discount on future orders.
Tier status is maintained on a rolling calendar year and you will move back one tier if you do not reach a spend level within the calendar year to maintain that tier level.
How many reviews can I leave?
We really appreciate your feedback and whilst there is no limit to the amount of reviews you can leave us, points will be awarded for a maximum of (2) reviews.
How do I write a true story?
Good things happen when pets are fed LUNA & me. True Stories are written by you; real customers sharing how LUNA & me help support happier and healthier pets.
By sharing your in-depth account and observations with the LUNA & me family, you help others make informed decisions about our products, understand our ethics and learn more about our family. Please tell us your story in your own words and with as much detail as possible. And, yes, we definitely DO want to see a picture of your pet!
Do you have a referral programme?
Yes! Through our referral programme, your friends receive 20% off of their first order, and you receive 500 points for every successful referral. In order for a referral to be successful, each friend you refer must be a new customer and must place an order through your unique referral link. If these requirements have been met, your points will be automatically added to your account. Visit our LUNA & me Refer a Friend page to start sharing with friends!

LUNA & me | perks Rewards Programme:
Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, members of LUNA & me | perks Rewards programme will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying products at www.lunaandme.com
Membership
Free Membership: No purchase is necessary to create a LUNA & me | perks Rewards account. To join, visit www.lunaandme.com and create an account with a valid email and password. Customers receiving any ongoing or recurring discounts may not qualify.
Membership Account: Each member of LUNA & me | perks Rewards programme (‘Member’) will receive an account that is tied to their unique, valid email (‘Account’). Programme accounts are not transferable and are not for sale, resale or barter.
Member Information (Including personal information) and privacy policy: Members can keep their Account information up-to-date by logging into their account on www.lunaandme.com and visiting ‘My Account’. Members can also view their rewards details by logging into their account and visiting ‘My Rewards.’
The information you provide as a member of the programme will be handled according to LUNA & me’s privacy policy. To learn more about LUNA & me’s Privacy Policy, please visit www.lunaandme.com or contact hello@lunaandme.com.
Account Maintenance: You may view a summary of your Account on the website. After logging onto the website, simply click on the ‘My Account’ link in the header of the website homepage and change any information on your account. You may also view your Rewards points balance, progress toward Love or Obsessed Tier Membership, transaction history and eligibility for earning rewards points on the website by logging in and clicking on the ‘My Rewards’ link in the profile navigation.
Member Cancellation: You may cancel your LUNA & me | perks Rewards membership at any time by reaching out to hello@lunaandme.com. Upon cancellation, any unused points accrued in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
Earning Points
General: Members can earn LUNA & me | perks Rewards points on all products except gift cards at www.lunaandme.com. To earn points on your purchase, you must be logged in to your account during checkout.
Earning Rate: LUNA & me | perks Rewards ‘Like Tier Points. Members earn one (1) point for every one pound (£1) spent on www.lunaandme.com. Points are rounded down. For example, if you spend £19.99, you will receive 19 points. Calculation is as follows: £19.99 x 1 point per pound = 19.99 points, which is rounded down to 19 points.
‘Love’ Tier Member Points. All Love Tier Members earn points based on a base earning rate that is 50% higher than the Like Tier Member's rate (i.e., 1.5 points for every one pound spent on qualifying products or services, as described above).
‘Obsessed’ Tier Member Points. All Obsessed members earn points based on a base earning rate that is 100% higher than the Like Tier Member's rate (i.e., 2 points for every one pound spent on qualifying products or services, as described above).
Returns: Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, returned check due to non-sufficient funds, or other credit will be deducted from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including bonus points.
Bonus Points: LUNA & me perks Rewards programme includes opportunities to earn bonus points for taking certain actions (for example, writing reviews, following us on Facebook, etc.). To earn bonus points, a member must be logged in when taking an action. Bonus point earning opportunities can be found under the ‘My Rewards’ section of your account. These point earning opportunities may change at any time.
Gifts & More: LUNA & me | perks Rewards programme may provide special gifts (e.g. free products with purchase) and More (e.g. birthday gift) Members, and may restrict these items to certain Rewards Programme Tiers. These gifts and more are at LUNA & me’s discretion and may change at any time.
Redeeming Points
General: Points earned by a member may be redeemed for discounts on products at www.lunaandme.com, provided a member is using a minimum of 250 points. Points cannot be redeemed on Gift Card purchases or redeemed for cash payouts. Customers receiving any existing ongoing or recurring discounts may not qualify. We may restrict the redemption of reward points to be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Points towards products: Members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of a qualiyfiying product based on the following scale.
250 points = £5.00 off
500 points = £10.00 off
1000 points = £20.00 off
Members can redeem one point discount per purchase, and the amount of points may not exceed the Members cart total. For example, a cart with £25 can only redeem up to £20.00 off. Redemption of points is subject to product availability.
Points may be redeemed on the purchase price of qualifying products only and cannot be used towards the payment of VAT or shipping and handling charges or for the purchase of gift cards. Maximum number of points redeemable in a single transaction may apply.
Points Expiration: All points expire on the (24) month anniversary of the date the points were earned by the member. For example, points earned on or before 1st November 2022 will expire on 1st November 2024.
Use of Media: By uploading reviews plus supporting images and videos, you approve LUNA & me's right to use your reviews, images and video in social media posts
General: By joining LUNA & me | perks Rewards programme, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in these programme rules. LUNA & me reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict LUNA & me | Perks Rewards or any aspect of the programme, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. LUNA & me may make these changes even though such changes may affect the Member's ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the programme Terms and Conditions. A Member's points balance, as reflected in LUNA & me records, shall be deemed correct. LUNA & me reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on LUNA & me’s internal records related to such member's account. Your right to transfer points earned or granted under the programme is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. LUNA & me may revoke any member's membership in LUNA & me | perks Rewards programme at any time if such member engages in abuse of the programme or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the programme. LUNA & me | perks Rewards points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Programme's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of LUNA & me.
