our puppy absolutely loves his meal times with luna and me food. the quality of his food is exceptional and the treats too. knowing we are feeding him the highest quality food at reasonable prices is really good. the delivery is brilliant, choose a date and await for it to arrive and when it arrives it arrives nicely packaged in polystyrene and ice packs... so easy!!

Wouldn’t feed my baby anything else

I would constantly throw food away and donate the rest because my girl was soooo fussy . With Luna & me we’ve not had any rejection whatsoever and it’s handy that it’s already portioned so no weighing and messiness at meal times

I order a taster pack for my fussy dog. It was fast delivery, the packaging was great and my dog now eats with no fuss.

Started thw transition for my three cats five days ago and they immediately took to it. They were clearly more interested in their Luna & me patties than the pouches they had been on. By day three they were fully transitioned. They are getting hungrier quicker than before, but the website explained this would probably happen as their stomachs adjusted to the higher quality food so I'm not too concerned about it. Haven't noticed a difference in litter tray smells yet, but it's only been a few days so I'm not surprised by that.

I had already seen the reviews about the "excess polystyrene" so when my package arrived I was prepared for this, however Luna & me had replied reassuring customers that it was recyclable material, despite it's appearance.

If you're on the fence about making the change, follow your instincts and take a leap of faith!

Looks very good quality food, arrived well packaged the next day, unfortunately neither of my two cats will eat it or even try it, they also wouldn’t eat the bag of treats :cry:

Dogs have enjoyed these Luna patties since they were puppies. Both dogs are fit and healthy.

Great food! Both my cats love this after changing over from nutriment!
Only downside was my dpd driver didn’t deliver until very late in the day/evening so all the meat was partially defrosted!
No complaints, looking forward to purchasing new flavours for them to try!

So far, so good! My kitty is absolutely loving his Luna! He was already a very healthy cat on a raw diet, however I felt I wasn’t getting the full benefits from the previous brand I was using. Since starting Luna&me his coat has become gorgeously shiny, he’s malted less, , he’s bulked out a bit more, he’s more energetic and he’s just overall obsessed with his new dinners! For the price point I’m so surprised at how amazing these meals are! All around a brilliant brand.

- easy to portion up without weighing
- defrosts quickly compared to other raw frozen meals
- dog likes it
- no stomach upsets

Cons
- loads of plastic packaging including a huge wedge of styrofoam in each box
- high price and delivery fee compared with other companies
- it’s a faff to store if you need to split packs
- very annoying regular AI emails waffling on about nothing in particular.

The food is great and customer services are good. Unfortunately the courier service they choose DPD are diabolical. They throw packages over the gate and half way down the driveway ruining packaging and the food or they dump it on the doorstep saying it’s in the front porch! They say as it’s food it can just be left!

I love the quality and the range of flavours of the raw patties offered for cats. As well as how easy it is to open the package and feed. The only thing I would like for the subscription boxes such as the discovery box is if we could substitute one flavour for another as my cats unfortunately do not seem to like duck much anymore but love the other flavours.

Well packaged, excellent quality and quick delivery. Website was easy to use and a wide variety of items available to choose from. Good value for money too and bonus of eat patty already portioned out so no needing to weigh raw food each meal time.

I have used other companies over the years for my raw dog food and have to say Luna & Me is by far the best and I wish I found them sooner.
The quality, the price, the selection, the quick delivery and the fact they come in 100g patties make it ideal especially with more than 1 dog, you couldn’t ask for better.
Also the coconut crunch treats, as my dogs LOVE coconut, this is perfect only downside they don’t do a bigger bag!! I would love to use these as a kibble alternative :pink_heart:

I have 2 cats and I have switched them to Luna and Me and they love it. The transition took a while and I took it slowly. Huge difference in the litter tray smell too!! They have half a patty each, twice a day and I mix in a little water to loosen it up as one of my cats is a bit of a princess and likes it more sloppy!

I was actually going to send you an email saying thank you for your lovely food! My 6 dogs are raw fed so I knew I wanted to find a high quality raw brand for my kittens too. They didn't come from the best place and were fairly poorly when I got them but their coats are getting more glossy by the day, their poops are now firm and healthy and they are bright, fun and full of energy! Not to mention the fact that they absolutely LOVE the food :u1F970: Thank you so much :pray::skin-tone-2:
