5kgs+ Delivery = £5.95
5kgs+ Delivery to Restricted Locations = calculated at checkout.

Delivery Information

We deliver through DPD with their handy text and email updates, time slot and delivery confirmation.

Your order will arrive on Tuesday through to Friday (excluding on bank or public holidays).
Next-Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday are delivered on Tuesday.

Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday, delivered on Tuesday.

If you need your order delivered on a specified day (Tuesday through to Friday), use customer notes in your shopping bag.
Some addresses are harder to reach for our couriers, please check Restrictions for more information.

Whilst we always aim for next-day delivery please note, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

On rare occasions your delivery may be delayed; our food-safe boxes keep our food fresh for 3-4 days whilst in transit.

How to Add Delivery Instructions in the DPD App

To keep your pet’s food safe, frozen, and where it belongs, at your door.

At LUNA & me, every box is packed with love, frozen for freshness, and sent out with care.

But once it leaves our hands, only you can tell DPD what to do at your doorstep.

They won’t take instructions from us, and they don’t always knock or wait.

That’s why it’s essential to set your delivery preferences directly in the DPD app.

Why this matters:

  1. Frozen food can’t wait on a doorstep
  2. Stolen parcels are on the rise
  3. We can’t replace lost or spoiled deliveries if instructions aren’t added via the app

What to do (it only takes a minute):

  1. Download the DPD App
  2. iPhone
  3. Android
  4. Log in or create your account. Use the same email and phone number you used at checkout.
  5. Find your upcoming delivery. Tap your LUNA & me order in the app or via your DPD tracking link.
  6. Add clear delivery instructions. Choose a safe place (shed, porch, box, etc.) Upload a photo of your home to help the driver to pinpoint your location. Don’t change the delivery day or time, our food is sent frozen and must stay that way.
  7. Save your preferences. That’s it. Your instructions will be sent directly to the driver’s handheld device.

Minimum Order

To ensure that your order remains safe during transit we have a minimum order weight of 5kgs.
We are unable to despatch orders of less than 5kgs, sorry! You may however, live near a LUNA & me stockist. Please see our stockist page for more information.
