When my baby was small I accidentally ordered dog food instead of cat when I changed the box I ordered. I knew I could not return it and luckily I had a dog. But I rang and talked through all food options and had correct food sent out with ease. They also reassured me that my baby could eat the food we had for the couple of days while we waited for cat food.

Also recently we have discovered she is allergic to chicken which I had been feeding exclusively. I rang and was able to build a bespoke box with ease and had it sent out straight away with ease. The only thing I would have liked is to get a better discount as I am unable to order the cheaper boxes due to allergies. But that is not LUNA & me’s fault. But I have suggested that if owners can prove allergies maybe they could give a better discount.

As a company you are easy to reach on the phone and really helpful every time. They never hurry you on the phone and listen carefully to what you need to help to the best of their ability. I have 2 Sphynx and I have used this company since the beginning. Delivery is always very quick. I love that the date you set is when your money is paid, not delivery date as a lot of companies set date of delivery and you never quite know when to ensure the money is in the bank account because date changes each month. It gives you solid piece of mind.

They both love the food and I have never had any rejections. My babies prefer kitten food as they are lazy and prefer smaller chunks but again I have been assured that this is the only difference between kitten and adult food so I am confident it is safe for them.

Their teeth are clean so the vet always says their teeth are younger than they are so hopefully will last them a lifetime as teeth is such a common issue for cats. They are so healthy although they may be a little plump because they love the food too much. But I am strict on the amounts I feed.

Their skin is amazing, clear eyes. Toileting has no smell at all and means litter lasts a week each time. We love LUNA & me at our house and look forward to being a long-term customer. I always suggest this company to people I meet.
