The minimum order exists because of how we pack and ship frozen raw safely; the cold chain requires a certain volume to work, and we will not compromise on that. We know it is not the right fit for every freezer or every budget right now, and we are sorry for that. If your circumstances ever change, or if you find a little more space, we will be right here, and so will your cats' enthusiasm for it.

Our insulated boxes are made with Airpop® to protect your food with minimal waste and are 100% recyclable. We’ve explored all the alternatives, and after careful consideration, our insulated boxes have proven to be the most sustainable and protective option available for our products at this time.

We work hard to balance food safety, freshness, and environmental impact, and while our current packaging is fully recyclable and designed to protect the food in transit, we know sustainability is an evolving space. We are always reviewing new options as they become viable for frozen raw delivery.

All dogs can thrive on fresh, properly balanced food, but when a dog is elderly or recovering, how the food is introduced and supported makes a real difference. In these situations, appetite changes or tummy upsets are usually a sign that the feeding approach needs adjusting, not the food itself.

We help dogs through this every day, and we’d really like the chance to support you properly. With a few small, guided changes, such as transition pace, meal size, or preparation, most dogs settle very well and go on to do brilliantly.

We're sorry to hear that your cats didn’t take to our patties. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially when you’re already committed to feeding raw.

Even when moving from one raw brand to another, some cats can be surprisingly sensitive to change. They often become very attached to the taste and texture of what they know, and switching can take time and patience, sometimes even several weeks of gentle transition.
