I decided to transition my cats onto a raw diet after having tried several brands to try and get my boy's sensitive stomach under control. Even on fresh tinned meat his stools would smell horrible, but I've already noticed a difference after recently switching to Luna&me. Previously he would always seem to be hungry even immediately after eating, but the raw definitely keeps him fuller for longer. I've also noticed an increase in his energy levels, and more zoomies after meal times!

Switched my cats to raw as my wee boy has just be diagnosed with HCM and I'm hoping that having a less inflamation and weight will help slow the progression. Both my wee babies are 7 years old and had some wait to loose, bit of plac and gingivitis, my wee boy with the HCM also had some dry skin and seemed to get a bit itchy when petted some time. Since going raw they have lost wieght have more energy and my wee boy has less dry skin and itchy skin. We had tried to switch them years ago but they wouldn't touch the ones we tried but luna and me has be a massive success! So happy we tried again and found you! Thank you so much for making healthy food that's easy and affordable.

Iv order now a few time for my girls and I can honestly say since buying Luna and me ther fur is softer, there coats are shiny I won’t get there food from anywhere else. I highly recommend Luna and me I like how they come in little patties. Having two bengals who are always very active I needed something that helped with there bones Luna and me covers all areas.

My big tom cat Sooty absolutely loves these patties, we give him half in the morning and half in the evening. His coat is so soft and in brilliant condition since switching to Luna and me. His stomach is also great on them too, can’t recommend highly enough!

Ive given 4 stars because we have been having luna & me for a few years now since having our spyhnx cat he absolutely loved it but its happened once ages ago (we did ring to ask why) and didn't really get an answer. but its been for the past two batches now the patties are absolutely full of watery blood and very dark like redish in colour and my cat had eaten it a few times and within ten mins he was sick just brown ish water so he had taken on to much fluids in one go. Now he just turns his nose up at it and walks off we hoped this batch would be back to normal like it use to be pinky colour and light with hardly any blood/water but unfortunately its not so we are going to be binning another box full . The patties we gave are chicken ones . Trying to find an alternative as he needs meat not just biscuits and we dont want to keep wasting money.

Super helpful team! Had issues with ordering yesterday and they called me first thing this morning to sort all the issues out. Was able to place my first order (with £5 off) and expecting delivery on Weds. I've been making my cats raw food for the past 2 years, and happy that there is now somewhere that can provide this but also with all the nutrients my cats need! Thanks so much

All 5 of my cats go absolutely crazy for this food! They're always so excited when we're preparing it for them, and there's clean bowls all round every time. All of their coats are really soft and shiny, their digestion is way better and they are all full of energy. We tried other flavours with them, but the chicken is their favourite for sure. Norman, Oswaldo, Reginald, Humphrey and Gwendolyn all say thank you Luna & Me!

Reliable delivery, very convenient portions. All three cats love chicken patties. They are less keen on other varieties. Having pre- filled budget box is convenient as saves time. Would love to be able to return and reuse polystyrene boxes used for cold delivery. They are high quality boxes and not recyclable. Perhaps the courier can pick the old ones when delivers new? In general good product and service, will be using this product regularly.

We are thrilled that your three cats are loving our Whisker Lickin' Chicken Patties and are so delighted to hear that you have benefitted from the convenience of our pre-portioned patties.
At LUNA & me all our packaging is fully recyclable, including the polystyrene box in which the food arrives. Our EPS boxes are 'food-safe' made with no harmful gases; they are full of 90% air, a little like a balloon, made from recycled material and fully recyclable after use. Most councils will take them into regular recycling at the waste centre, if not at the curbside.
We do, of course, welcome packaging returns from our local customers, but to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible, for those further afield, we encourage you to repurpose our packaging where possible.
I know many customers who repurpose our boxes into storage; for the greenhouse, they are excellent for bringing on young plants, and schools love them for craft projects.
Great cat food. Fast delivery, good price, easy to store, does not smell and cat loves it.

My cat loves these patties, they are simple and easy. no need for extra weighing as you would tubs of raw. Just one and a half patties in her bowl. It's eaten in minuets.

I have been buying Luna & me since 2020 and I just think it's the best premade raw food out there. Everything else has some kind of fillers. I will never go back. All my animals are so healthy. One of my dogs is 16 now and still going strong and I'm 100% sure it's because of her diet.
Delivery very poor again. Last time I ordered, the parcel didn't come next day as specified leading to issues with defrosting. This time all the packets towards the bottom of the box were cracked and the film lid was coming off which will create issues when defrosting in the fridge and leak everywhere.

I am very sorry to hear about your most recent delivery experience. This is certainly not the service we endeavour to provide. We have reported this to our Courier and asked them to investigate to ensure this does not happen again.
After investigating this further, I can see that we have not received any communication from you in regard to your recent delivery.
At LUNA & me we kindly request that customers report issues with their parcels at the time of delivery to allow us to investigate and resolve any problems quickly and efficiently. It also allows us the opportunity to offer advice on how to store packets that may have been damaged during transit correctly.

My two cats are often fussy when it comes to food, and for years they’ve often eaten all the jelly/gravy and left the “meat”. I wanted to make a healthier switch for them, and absolutely love that this meat is sustainable by using parts that would often go to waste and venison when we have a huge deer overpopulation issue. I think it’s great. My cats don’t need the highest grade/quality meat, they catch and eat mice and rats so I wouldn’t waste the finest cuts of meat on them, that makes no sense from a sustainability point of view! They absolutely love this food, a completely clean bowl every single time which hasn’t happened in 7+years and it’s cheaper than the wet food I was feeding before. I’m recommending this to all the cat owners I know!
