My Cat Yogi doesnt seem to enjoy these as much as the chicken. I guess its early days with the new flavours. speedy delivery as always
I like the fact that I'm feeding my boy a healthy well balanced diet so I shall persevere with the new flavours.
My order was delivered one day late and has arrived in a semi thawed state tempreture in box -10 c ( frozen food should be -18 to -21 c )
I have contacted Luna & me and their response is that the patties are perfectly fine to refreeze
I am not happy to refreeze a raw meat product as the meat will detetiorate , and the bacteria present may spoil the meat even when refrozen i have paid for a premium cat food and expect it to arrive to me frozen on time not 24 hrs plus later
Therefore i have cancelled my subscription and will not buy for this company again

Other raw cat food companies send their products on time , frozen - Nutriment being a great example
I want my cat food delivered to me , frozen , - as advertised , as I THIS IS WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR

We are sorry your delivery arrived a day later than expected. Your food was still cold on arrival, you confirmed the air temperature inside the box was -10°C, which means it remained safe throughout transit. Our AirPop insulated boxes are engineered to keep food cold for up to four days, and yours performed exactly as designed.
Patties feeling softer on the outside after a journey is completely normal with real, whole ingredients and does not indicate spoilage. The food was safe to refreeze and use as normal.
We are sorry we were unable to reassure you, and we wish you and your cat well.

My cat loves the Chicken Patties. The breeder started him on the kitten patties and we continued through to adulthood.
The patties are in convenient plastic trays of three. You do not have to seperate them. Easy to store, thaw and serve!

Fabulous food for my feline friends, both Majic and Midnight love it. My only complaint is it comes in a polystyrene box which is not very eco and could easily be swapped for wool insulation which my organic meat and dairy suppliers use. . .

My three (of four total) cats love raw meat, especially chicken. A tray with three servings is a great solution for me. They eat it until the last lick of the bowl.

Started my Maine coon kitty on this as he wants showing much appetite for his usual wet food. I put his regular and raw (thawed and room temp. ) food on another dish before it and slowly and surely he started to eat the raw food only. I’m lucky I had an easy transition thanks to the food! The package is great too and easy to tip onto their little dishes, the got a small ish freezer and the budget friendly quantity just about fit in 2. 5 drawers. Good outcome on the whole :)
Food is always perfect. Packaged well, good quality (not smelly). Cats love it. And the patties are the perfect amount portion sizes! Quick to defrost too if you forget :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes_and_hand_covering_mouth:

Happy with the product and I had to call customer service regarding my order and I was delighted with the way it was handled.
The only thing I’d like would be the option to have a next day delivery (happy to pay extra for that) so that the patties are still completely frozen when they arrive.
