Loved the food and portion

Loved the food and portion sizes, but was very disappointed the packaging is polystyrene. There are numerous other non polluting options to keep food cold/frozen (sheep's wool is one). I would also like the option to return/re-use the boxes and packaging.

All of our packaging is fully recyclable, sourced and produced here in the UK, helping us close the loop sustainably.

Sheep's Wool Packaging uses wool that is sourced and shipped from all over the world, creating a huge carbon footprint, all of this without considering the wool's processing, which uses a considerable amount of natural resources.

While we do offer a return scheme for our local customers, we don’t accept returns from further afield to avoid the additional environmental impact.

Not sure what feedback to

Not sure what feedback to leave on that particular flavour. Everyone and every pet too has a different preferences, that’s it. My cats aren’t big fans of things other than chicken and fish in general with every brand. So yes. They are not eating those patties as quickly and as eagerly as they eat chicken (honestly chicken disappears?!) but i don’t think i should give less stars for the fact its not the taste they like. I gave 4/5 only because the issues with the packaging - lots of broken plastic, foil peeling off etc.

And while there’s never any change in the recipe or the ingredients we use, you may occasionally see variations between batches. These differences are safe and normal in a natural product like ours.

My British shorthair cat loves the duck patties, his favourite is rabbit but unforgettably the rabbit was sold out. The duck is a great replacement and my cat loves it :)

my cats absolute favourite

this is my cats favourite flavour of our favourite food (Luna&me) they gobble this up. In my opinion and my cats appetite duck is the best cat food flavour

Best raw cat food by far

My 4 senior Maine Coons have been on Luna & Me for over 5 months having switched from Bella and Duke and are all doing really well on it. One of my girls has chronic rhinitis and it’s noticeably improved since switching. They happily eat all the varieties.

My dogs are not running

My dogs are not running to their food bowls like they used to. I can see pieces of vegetables in the lozenges and there didn’t used to be. I have decided to pause my subscription and then return to your food.

the patties smell kind of off

The first batch I got with Luna and Me were amazing, my cat love it, but the recent batch, the duck patties smell off like the expired duck meat. My cat won't even want to touch it if he isn't hungry.

My 3 Sphynx LOVE Luna and Me. My only wish would be to choose the combination of meats you can have in a Variety/discovery box as my 2 will not eat duck.
Still, I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

Cats love these, have 2 super fussy cats and they are doing amazing on Luna and Me! And love the way it's packaged so it doesn't defrost by the time it gets to us!
