Order to despatch takes a few days so it is important to be organised. Delivery is relatively expensive but the food arrived frozen. I live in the far north of Scotland which always adds a day to delivery. A competitor sent frozen food that took four days to arrive and was inedible when it did. So Lunar pass this test with flying colours. The cats love the food, it comes as sort of burgers which makes dishing it out easy and quick. The downside is the cost which is higher than it should be for meat not fit for humans. Once we settle down into a routine of portion sizes and so on I will have to see if the price is too high or not.

My cats love these, well 2 of them do, the other prefers his cheap packet food, this is because I have not taken the time to move him over to it, but given the choice my 2 other cats will go straight for this one. It shows in their health and coat condition too.
One of my cats had really bad breath previously, her breath is fine on this food. The 2 cats that eat Luna & Me have far superior coat quality too. Not only that, one of my cats has a skin condition (dry, flakey skin and she is always itchy) and this has cleared up when feeding Luna & Me.
I've also tested these 2 cats with this brand and another brand of raw food, they much prefer Luna & Me. The turkey and the chicken options seems to be their favourite.
It comes really well packaged too, and has remained completly frozen on delivery.

Kitties not interested in this flavour (which is fine), the food however came in damaged packaging.

Couldn’t feed this to my cats as the packs arrived damaged - smashed open at the side with plastic shards everywhere and the food exposed. The shop initially refused to replace and said they were fine to feed despite clear food hygiene and contamination risks, then when I politely pushed back on this they have refunded my order and closed my account

However, your review suggested far more extensive damage than initially reported. For transparency and fairness, we felt it was important to clarify this. We value constructive feedback but believe multiple negative reviews across platforms do not reflect the efforts made to resolve your concerns.
Ultimately, we decided to close your account to avoid further dissatisfaction.

My kitten loves the food. This is my 2nd order from you and it won't be my last!!!
My bengal boy chase will only eat luna and me although I've tried him other raw food he won't eat it, he loves the beef and duck and the veef especially, however the chicken can be a bit sticky and sloppy and he doesn't always want to eat that Im trying him on other flavours and I hope he loves them too, I'm very happy with luna and me, the packing the patties come in could be a bit stronger some of the plastic containers the food is in splits soo I have to put them in freezer bags or tge meat gets freezer burn and is no good, however I don't really have any complaints about the food

We switched our Sooty from Bella and Duke RAW and he much prefers Luna & Me as do we as the patties are just so much cleaner with less mess.
It's approved by my cat! One of my cats didn't take to raw at all, but ther other loves it. He's got GI issues and has always been fussy (probably due to an uninformed lifetime diet of kibble). Although he doesn't usually eat the food without a freeze dried chicken sprinkles topper, he really begs for it and eats everything. As for myself, I really liked it as well. The packages are neat and I like that the food comes in small burgers; that way I can thaw a different flavour every day. Also, as a long time vegan, I'm honestly very disgusted by raw meat, so I appreciate that the food is a bit on the dryer side and doesn't have a strong odour (unlike another brand I've tried). Last but far from least, my cat is 15 years old, so I do appreciate that Luna & Me's recipe is cat appropriate, with a lower bone content of around 8%, as informed to me by their customer service via email.

Only issue was delivery as the dpd driver dumped the box on the door step and did not ring the door bell.
It’s tricky to give cat food reviews as they are so fussy sometimes. :sweat_smile:
One of my 6 months kitten love it and the other not so much - hence the 3 star.
The chicken patties are a big hit for both of them, but I try to keep their diet a bit more varied.
Nice and simple packages no mess straight into the bowl and the cats like it so we’re all happy :smiley_cat::smiley_cat::smiley_cat:
