Have just moved onto the growing up box after having the puppy power since we brought Dexter home in October. He has thrived on Luna and me. Completely recommend!
No fussy eating or upset tummies here. Gobbles it down before you can blink. The patties are clean and easy to use. Feel comfortable that there are no unnecessary ingredients, just good quality food for our pup.

Just moved my boy onto

Just moved my boy onto this pack as he got to 9 months and, as always, the quality is perfect. LOVE the ease of ordering and the easy to portion patties. I do wish there were more exotic adult flavours as I have an adult thar cant eat chicken, turkey or lamb so I have to feed her from other brands as theres not enough variety for her, but otherwise the food is fantastic

When dogs have specific protein sensitivities, it’s very tempting to look for more variety, but in our experience, consistency and balance matter far more than novelty. That’s why our adult range is deliberately structured the way it is, and why we always take a guided approach rather than encouraging lots of switching.

Every dog is different, and where there are individual needs, that’s something we prefer to talk through properly rather than guessing. If you’d ever like to do that, please do get in touch, we’d be very happy to help.

Twiglet -black cocker spaniel, 9

Twiglet -black cocker spaniel, 9 months, was on the chicken puppy power since we got her. She has always been complimented for how lovely her coat is, and how she looks so healthy overall. However, she was getting a little fussy always having the same thing. So we swapped her to the thriving puppy box and now I can barely whisper “breakfast” or “supper” without her going mad and getting so excited. She loves all the new flavours and wolfs down her food ! Her coat is still gorgeous and shiny. Honestly the best quality food we could be giving her , which her behaviour shows is clearly delicious for her, and is amazing quality. Thank you Luna & Me team!

Tried a couple of brands

Tried a couple of brands but the quality of luna & me just seems the very best! our little 9 month old dachshund licks it clean ALWAYS. She’s been on puppy power for the last couple months but we like that she’s now getting a larger variety of proteins!

Not overly impressed with this

Not overly impressed with this delivery. Timing was tight due to a work trip. Delivery was delayed so would be away for delivery. Immediately contacted luna and me and the response was useless. Replied again asking for their help and radio silence. Their product is great and my puppy loves it but customer service is not great.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are disappointed to hear that you have had a negative experience with LUNA & me, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

After reviewing your recent order, I can confirm that it was promptly despatched from our facility on Tuesday 16th July 2024, and delivered to your requested address on Thursday 18th July 2024. Upon receiving your email, we promptly replied, offering as much assistance as possible.

While we always aim for next-day delivery, occasional unforeseen delays can occur. Once your parcel leaves our premises, our courier DPD manages the delivery process. Whilst we will always try our best to accommodate delivery requests, we are unfortunately unable to halt the delivery of orders once they are in transit.

Delays are rare, and we work hard to ensure delivery as urgently as possible. Our food-safe boxes ensure that should there be a delay, your food will remain cold & fresh.

We understand your frustration and want to reassure you that the health and well-being of your puppy is our top priority.

Going forward, we recommend downloading the DPD app to track your parcel. Here, even after your parcel is in transit, you can add further instructions for the driver to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, including nominating a neighbour or electing a safe place.

Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope to have the opportunity to continue serving you and your puppy going forward.
