"Really lovely product. Kittens love it and are growing so well. Never known cats to have such shiny coats. They are also so content. The litter tray is also bearable and only smells whilst they are using it not once it's covered. I also did the maths and it's cost effective as don't need as much as other brands and none is going to waste. I've recommended it to every cat owner I know."

Hi How long can the patty be left down for after it has come out of the fridge? Thanks
Dear Nick, Thank you for your question. I'd be happy to advise. All of our LUNA & me recipes are made fresh and frozen before despatch. We always recommend placing your order into the freezer as soon as possible after it arrives and storing it frozen. Remove only the amount you need for the next day, defrost in the fridge overnight and serve. If your pet is not eating immediately, food must not be left in the bowl. We recommend a maximum of 15 minutes before the food is taken up, covered, and placed into the fridge for the next mealtime. Once defrosted, refrigerate and use within three days. 🐾️
Can I buy a small starter box then the larger 96 box if they like them? Can't justify buying 96 if they don't like them
Dear Sam, Thank you for your question. It's wonderful to hear that you are thinking of making the switch to LUNA & me! A brilliant introduction to LUNA & me would be our Kitten Starter Box. This offers the very best value (we subsidise every box) and provides the lowest quantity of food, so you can try it without needing too much freezer space (approx. Half of a freezer drawer). We also include some of our wonderful RawBlends treats! https://www.lunaandme.com/products/kitten-starter-box We plan, portion, package and deliver. All you need to do is thaw and feed. Take out the amount you need for the next day the night before, defrost in the fridge, and serve at room temperature, breaking the patties into bite-sized pieces.
With the weather being on the cold side, can I warm a serving or will that kill some of the goodness? Worried about giving my kitten a chilled tummy!
Good Afternoon Sharon, Thank you so much for your question, I am delighted to be able to advise! We do not recommend cooking/heating our food, our recipes contain bone and cooking/steaming may change the structure of the bone and make it dangerous for your pets to consume. Our recommendation when feeding is to bring the food to room temperature, this will enhance the natural aroma and pets enjoy the food when it is room temperature, most won't eat the food cold. Allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
