We completely understand your concerns around the packaging, and you’re right to raise it.

Our boxes are fully recyclable, but we know that local recycling facilities can vary, which can make it frustrating in practice. We never want you to feel like you’re having to compromise, especially when you’re trying to do the right thing.

The reason we use this type of packaging is simple: it keeps the food safely frozen and protected all the way to your door, without compromise. For us, your puppy's food arriving in perfect condition will always come first.

That said, we’re always looking at ways to improve, both in how our packaging performs and how easy it is to recycle, and feedback like yours genuinely helps shape what comes next.

My puppy of six months

My puppy of six months has been on these patties since she came to us and never looked back, she was on dried food which we hated her having every day (how boring and tasteless) this food has perked her up and her coat is so shiny and she is growing into a beautiful little girl, the patties give her everything she needs to grow into a very healthy dog all the nutrients are there for her. Also we have a older 9 yrs girl who is on senior patties which suits her she does not have any tummy upsets since being on these. A BIG THANK YOU TO LUNAANDME FOR GIVING US THIS VERY NUTRICIOUS FOOD FOR OUR BABIES. SUE XXXXX.
