Lola absolutely loves your new Rabbit flavour and I love it’s lower in fat! Lola is 10 and has been on your food for years. Cannot recommend it highly enough!
The food is good and my dog likes it. The problem is your packaging - using polystyrene in times of an impending climate disaster I really think companies selling natural food should do better with packing. Therefore won’t be buying again.

We chose this material deliberately because it protects the food safely in transit and can be recycled after use. Food safety will always come first when we ship frozen meals, but we constantly review materials and improvements wherever we can.

Had been waiting for these to be back in stock, and they were worth the wait! Charley loved this flavour (mind you, she loves all the flavours)

My dog LOVES rabbit. Lean low fat meat with Great goodness. Great food with all its essential minerals etc & great flavour. Easy to store and defrost. Zero spillage & mess. Chopped into chunks . . . keeps him coming back for more. One happy satisfied dog 100%

Often it's a bit of trial and error to find out what your dog's preferences are for protein, texture and temperature. Remember when trying something new to stay positive and keep trying!
My dog loves all the flavours but his favourite is the rabbit, something different to the normal meats on offer, and as an owner l am very impressed with Luna and Me and my dog is too!!!
This is a clear winner in terms of something they’re always excited to eat! They just seem to know when it’s rabbit :)
Literally the only meat the diner will not touch.
