My cat loves Luna&me patties. I have been feeding her your range for over a year. She likes the range of meats and I swap them round so she doesn’t get bored. These Patties are great quality, as with all of the other Discovery Box, Patties. They smell good and the cats enjoy the flavours. I can only assume that these are good for the cats diet, as they are fit and healthy with beautiful fur.

My cats love this food (and are very fussy!).
I decided on raw food after seeing the difference it made to an elderly cat a family member has.
I chose Luna and Me because, as an animal lover, I wanted to source food that was as free-range as possible - and try to avoid factory farmed meat. I like that they have an ethical sourcing policy.
My cats love the food, I started on raw because I brought a bengal called him spud but unfortunately he got hit by a van, I have kept up with the food as my other cats love it
My cat loves your product, especially the beef patties. Your service is great and because of the packaging, we don’t waste any food :cat2::cat2:
Our cat BB really enjoys his food from luna & me. He was previously a stray and was taken into a shelter where he received good treatment for bad teeth and constant stomach upset. Once healthier we were lucky enough to adopt him. However mainstream cat food seemed to never satisfy his hunger, irritate his stomach and he continued to have problems with his teeth. So I saw an add for luna & Me and I have to say I wouldn't feed him anything else. For a bigger, older cat, his coat is beautiful, his stomach is 100% settled and although all his few remaining teeth have all gone now, he doesn't struggle to eat the food and his mouth hygiene has vastly improved.
I feel like he is finally living the high life as a very content family cat! Exactly what he deserves for being such a kind and loving boy :sparkling_heart: Thanks Luna & Me

Ordering and delivery were great but only 1 of my 3 cats would eat this. I tried different varieties too. Luckily, I had alternatives.
Usually raw fed but also eat canned on occasions so very surprised they turned their noses up at this.
Very disappointed but was worth a try.

Cats can take longer to trust new foods, gentle, gradual steps can often work best. If they hesitate, it doesn’t mean anything is wrong, it can be part of their transitioning.

I ordered my cats food over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I have emailed and called and left voicemails and nobody has bothered to get back to me.
I received a generic email saying there were issues with the deliveries due to snow and my order will be re shipped on the 19th January. The email said I do not need to get in touch as it’s all being processed. Here we are now on the 24th of January and still no food for my cats.
I hate leaving negative feedback, however I feel this is the only way I am likely to get a response.
Domino did not hesitate eating this and he has never had duck before.

So far I’m very happy with the food, my cat seems to really enjoy it, I already feed raw so I know the benefits.
The reason for my low rating is because of the delivery packaging. I buy food for my dog from Natures Menu and I was buying food for my cat from Bella and Duke, neither use polystyrene in their packaging. I won’t be able to continue buying from you because of this. Polystyrene has a huge impact on the environment is unacceptable from production to disposal it’s a terrible product. I have been buying food from NM for 10 years, they have evolved over this time and tried many different ways of sending the food to try to reduce impact. They are currently using triple walled boxes and dry ice, the food arrives frozen.
Hopefully this is something you are already looking at.
Sorry this is such a long message, I feel really strongly about this though and I would love to use your food.

We also completely understand and appreciate your concerns about packaging. Sustainability is something we care deeply about too, and we’re continually working to minimise our environmental impact wherever possible.
While our pre-portioned 100g Patties make raw feeding easy, they also create other challenges when it comes to defrosting and delivery.
Where many of our competitors provide raw food in a solid block, meaning that defrosting does not happen as quickly, we at LUNA & me have to take extra precautions to maintain the integrity and freshness of our products.
Our insulated boxes are made with Airpop:registered: to protect your food with minimal waste and are 100% recyclable. We’ve explored all the alternatives, and after careful consideration, our insulated boxes have proven to be the most sustainable and protective option available for our products at this time.
With that being said, we’re always reviewing new materials and processes as we grow, so your feedback is genuinely helpful. I have made sure your suggestions have been passed over to the relevant departments for review.

Lovely food, very infortunate that it has additives like salmon oil. I will have to cancel because one of my cats had allergic reaction to the food, exactly because of the additives. Shame because otherwise I am happy with the food and it's a great price!

Unfortunately my cat doesn’t eat this food, she is actually scared of it and runs away screaming every time I put it in her bowl. I tried all the flavours -same reaction.

My kitten is used to eating raw meat and when I found Luna and Me, I thought it was excellent value for money and in nice proportion sizes. Unfortunately, the meat is minced too finely for my kitten. He doesn’t seem to enjoy eating this raw food. So I will be returning to using purrform in the future. But overall I would recommend Luna and Me for its value, pack size and ingenuity. I just wish the mince wasn’t so finely minced.

Even when moving from one raw brand to another, some kittens can be surprisingly sensitive to change. They often become very attached to the taste and texture of what they know, and switching can take time and patience.
