My cats didn’t like this one and the customer service was poor

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At LUNA & me, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and exemplary service, and we take every concern seriously.

In your initial correspondence, you reported damage to three trays of food. Based on the photos and our expertise, we advised that the food was safe for consumption, as it remained frozen and inner seals were intact. While we understand you chose not to follow this advice, we issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture, even though this solution did not meet your satisfaction.

However, your review suggested far more extensive damage than initially reported. For transparency and fairness, we felt it was important to clarify this. We value constructive feedback but believe multiple negative reviews across platforms do not reflect the efforts made to resolve your concerns.

Ultimately, we decided to close your account to avoid further dissatisfaction.

I guess in my head

I guess in my head it would be more of a Christmas cracker, like something for the dog to pull on or that looked like a Christmas cracker, not an actual cracker but I might have misread the description! She likes them for sure but I don’t see how they’re festive??

Dear Madison,

I am sorry that you were expecting something different when ordering our Christmas Crackers.

I would like to refer you to our product description: https://www.lunaandme.com/products/seasonal-christmas-crackers

Start the festive season off for your pet when you open this cracker of a gift!

Give the cracker a snap and your pet can discover the delicious smell & flavours of Christmas - each mouthful lovingly made and bursting with naturally delicious Cinnamon, Ginger and Coconut.

A wonderful present that every special pet will love. Christmas Crackers are free from artificial flavourings and colourings and other nasty additives. Our ingredients are sustainably sourced and since the best ingredients don’t need anything else, we’ve simply air-dried them to naturally lock in the nutrients.
