My cat loves the food

My cat loves the food and has never looked healthier, but sadly the highly non-recyclable nature of the polystyrene box and plastic in the cool packs remains a concern.

Thank you Andrew, we are so pleased your cat is thriving on the food.

We really appreciate you raising the packaging point and want to reassure you that we have thought about this very carefully. Our insulated box is made from AirPop®, which is 100% recyclable. Our ice packs are natural and can simply be washed away down the sink. And the outer box is fully recyclable at the kerbside.

We chose this packaging specifically because it is the only certified food safe transit solution that keeps the food perfectly frozen from our kitchen to your door, and we are proud that it is also fully recyclable.

Same great food - slightly

Same great food - slightly disappointing that there's two varieties of beef, as the Senior variety appears to have replaced the Lamb

We can see you previously ordered our Discovery Box, and your most recent order was our Senior's Cat Club Box — created especially to support the needs of older cats. While it does include two beef-based recipes, it still includes our Purr-fect Lamb & Chicken Patties, along with other much-loved recipes. We hope your cat continues to enjoy this new mix just as much as their old favourites.
