Toto our little dog absolutely

Toto our little dog absolutely loves his Luna and Me. It is so easy to feed he has one patty twice a day which keeps him a perfect weight. He loves every flavour equally but I like to give him a variety. I buy three different boxes at a time which saves on postage.

This is the third time I’ve been sent dog food when I have 2 cats not happy at all I may have to go else were

We are disappointed to hear that you have had a negative experience with LUNA & me, especially given our commitment to ensuring a smooth and transparent process for our customers.

After looking into your account and orders, I can see that on a few occasions, you have ordered our Adult and SuperBlends recipes. These recipes are specifically formulated for dog's dietary needs and can only be found under the 'Dog' section of our website.

When you got in touch with us regarding your issue, we made sure to get back to you in a timely manner, addressing your concerns. At this stage, we detailed that our recipes would be okay to feed your cats on this occasion and gave you further information on what to order in the future. You have subsequently placed further orders containing products, against our recommendation.

Going forward, we would always recommend feeding a species-appropriate diet in the long term. Our LUNA & me RawBlends and Essential recipes are designed for adult cats, made exclusively for how cats eat, with a texture that cats just love.

We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to continue serving you and your lovely cats in the future.

The food was good but

The food was good but I was really disappointed by the amount of plastic packaging. I ordered from you because I saw your food came in patties rather than tubs, so I assumed they would be frozen open, then perhaps interleaved with paper for storage. As it was, there was a lot more plastic than if I’d ordered the food in 500g or 1kg tubs from another company. It’s not great. All that plastic just for a small amount of food for a dog.

All our packaging is fully recyclable, including the polystyrene box in which the food arrives. Our Patty trays are made from recycled material, easily recycled after use. These trays also reduce food waste and are sealed to lock in quality and freshness. Our Cardboard delivery boxes are made from recycled cardboard, making recycling easy after use.

Our Polystyrene boxes are 'food-safe' made with no harmful gases; they are full of 90% air, a little like a balloon, made from recycled material and fully recyclable after use. Most councils will take them into regular recycling at the waste centre, if not at the curbside, then at the waste centre. I know many customers who repurpose them into storage; for the greenhouse, they are excellent for bringing on young plants, and schools love them for craft projects.

We have spent a lot of time making conscious decisions for our business regarding our packaging, and none of the choices we make is taken lightly, all are made with the environment in mind. When we consider 'anything' for LUNA & me, we start with the environmental impact, ensuring our environmental footprint remains as small as possible. Our pioneering pre-portioned patties are individually wrapped for easy feeding, meaning you only use what you need, so food waste does not exist. LUNA & me, Patties, reduce food waste to zero.
