Fantastic food quality and customer service. Had to recently contact Luna and me as I was accidentally sent cat patties instead of dog patties. They rectified the issue immediately and made sure I had the food delivered the next day before my dog started to meow 😸 🤣🤣

With two Luna & Me mad pups, this Value Box is a great addition to our other order of the Gentle Essentials! Bella, 3 & Winnie, 1 do a happy dance at every meal time, knowing something delicious is awaiting them!
Good quality food, however I found the ordering process frustrating with the website, with a restricting reoccurring options around quantity.

Great food, great value
Always well packaged. The order was split into 2 boxes and packed with cooling bags to ensure the order stayed cold and frozen. Thank you. It is always a worry when you order frozen items in the summer

Honey loves her Luna and Me. We have had to buy a special bowl to slow her down! Everyone says how soft and shiny her coat is.
Luna & me was recommended to me by my son and WOW what a transformation it as made to our Cavapoo Mollie. Her coat is gleaming, she as so much more energy. I thought we was buying her the best dry food on the market (how wrong was I) I will never use anything but a raw diet from Luna & Me from now on.
