    As a Trainee Customer Experience Administrator based at LUNAland our HQ in Beaminster, Dorset, you'll embark on a journey with the UK's highest-rated pet food brand. Your mission will be to ensure outstanding customer experiences by placing customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything we do.

    Your Role:

    • Dive confidently into administrative tasks, demonstrating IT finesse.
    • Facilitate smooth and effective communication within our team and with our valued customers.
    • Showcase exceptional organisational skills, ensuring no task goes unnoticed.
    • Embrace the challenges of our dynamic environment with enthusiasm.
    • Proactively seek and implement improvements, contributing to departmental development.
    • Master technology tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
    • Analyse data and leverage IT skills to elevate the customer experience.
    • Maintain operational efficiency by adhering to procedures and optimising tasks.

    • Collaborate closely with the Distribution Team, supporting order processing and courier label generation.

    You're the Perfect Fit if You:

    • Are comfortable with Apple and demonstrate adaptability with computers.
    • Possess exceptional organisational and time management skills.
    • Have IT skills and are familiar with the e-commerce landscape.
    • Have a track record of exceeding targets and a result-oriented approach.
    • Take initiative in resolving customer issues with IT solutions.
    • Provide high-level administrative support with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excel in strategic thinking and thrive in a collaborative environment.
    • Can troubleshoot and multitask with ease.
    • Communicate effectively, engaging customers and team members.

    What We Offer:

    • Salary range: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year.
    • Benefits including company pension, employee discount, on-site parking, and bonus scheme.
    • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
    • Experience: Customer support (preferred), Administrative experience (preferred), Office experience (preferred).
