We deliver through DPD with their handy text and email updates, time slot and delivery confirmation.
Your order will arrive on Tuesday through to Friday (excluding on bank or public holidays).
Next-Day Delivery on orders placed by 1pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday are delivered on Tuesday.
Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday, delivered on Tuesday.
If you need your order delivered on a specified day (Tuesday through to Friday), use customer notes in your shopping bag.

Whilst we always aim for next-day delivery please note, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
On rare occasions your delivery may be delayed; our food-safe boxes keep our food fresh for 3-4 days whilst in transit.

Our last normal despatch day before Christmas is Wednesday 20th December for delivery on Thursday 21st December.

We will then be offering a limited despatch on Thursday 21st December for delivery on Friday 22nd December.

As this means delivery just before Christmas, we ask you to avoid this day unless absolutely necessary as our courier may be unable to guarantee delivery. There is no two-day service.

Our last normal despatch before New Year is Wednesday 27th December for delivery on Thursday 28th December.

We will then be offering a limited despatch on Thursday 28th December for delivery on Friday 29th December.

Recommendations?
We suggest you place your order for delivery as early as possible to give us the best chance to ensure you have enough food for the festive period.

Order Notes?
We appreciate order notes, use the customer notes section before you move to checkout to tell us important information about your order, including; preferred delivery date, safe-place, etc.

Two-day delivery zone?
Please note that if you live in a 2 day delivery zone your order must be placed no later than 1pm on Wednesday 20th December for delivery on Friday 22nd. Then our 2 day service will be available again on Wednesday 27th December for delivery on Friday 29th December. Normal service resumes from Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

In-between orders?
Orders placed/processed outside of these delivery days will automatically fall to the next available delivery day. Please do not rely on days that are Limited.

Courier Delays?
Due to the increase in parcels being delivered, courier delays are more common. Our products will remain safe in transit for 3-4 days.

On Repeat?
Please note the Christmas delivery schedule applies to all On Repeat orders. It is imperative for you to ensure your On Repeat is set to reflect this. Please remember the ‘next charge date’ is the day the order processes, we still need time to pick, pack and despatch your order for delivery, normally the following day.

We recommend that you become familiar with your On Repeat account. You have complete control over your On Repeat orders. Giving you the flexibility to edit delivery addresses, change delivery dates, and update the content of your order.

We can ship to virtually anywhere within the UK. Note however that there are restrictions on some geographic locations as outlined below.

To ensure that your order remains safe during transit we have a minimum order weight of 5kgs.
