Skye

My partner Sarah and I have shared our home with our gorgeous cockapoo Skye since she was 8 weeks old. She was weaned on a well known "science diet" kibble, and it became apparent quite quickly that she didn’t enjoy it! Over the next 10 months we tried every type of increasingly better quality and more expensive kibbles and tinned foods that seemed to have all the answers to her fussiness but she would always eat them for a few days then refuse. There was no point waiting for her to get hungry as she’s very stubborn and beat us at the waiting game every time! Coupled with her lack of enthusiasm for these foods, she seemed to always be in and out of the vets with anal gland problems, ear irritations, stomach complaints, and her faeces were...let’s just say not healthy!

We eventually bit the bullet and decided to try raw food. Initially we were attracted in by another company and she gobbled the food down, however after a few weeks (her new record!) she started refusing it again. We also noticed that we were only getting the basic ingredients for the price we were paying - to get extras such as sea kelp, coconut oil, chia seeds and other superfoods you had to pay a huge extra premium!!! A friend then told me about LUNA & me - the price was cheaper, all the superfoods were included, the food was rated the best in the U.K. and it was all sourced locally to the company in lovely Devon. It all sounded too good to be true but here we are, with our Skye now 5.5 years old, she has never refused a meal in four years and to top it off, amazingly, she has NEVER been back to the vets for anything other than a broken claw!!

All of her minor but expensive ailments literally cleared up so quickly, her poos are perfectly healthy, her energy levels are extremely balanced and she is a picture of optimum health. This food has literally saved our pup and us from so much heartache and expense, and I believe that she will live the longest and healthiest life possible with her continued devouring of her LUNA & me food! Customer service and knowledge is also second to none. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
