They can’t be. Other companies have over come this with boxes inside boxes which work really well and can be recycled. I have said this before and they have said all can be recycled. But those boxes can’t be. Which is a shame as it’s a product which is far better than any on the market."

Q&A

It says a minimum order of 5kg, but I am new to the raw feeding, do you do a small sample pack to dry, don’t want to purchase a load and find my dog won’t beat it she very fussy

Our minimum order weight is in place to ensure the safety of our products whilst in transit. We currently offer introductory Starter Boxes for both adult dogs and puppies. These offer the best value (we subsidise every box) and provide the lowest quantity of food so you can try it without too much commitment. We also include some of our brilliant SuperBlends Treats! How many beef patties do I have to buy for delivery. Do you not do a box of beef only patties
Dear Dorothy, Thank you for your question. I'd be delighted to help. At LUNA & me we have a minimum order requirement of 5kg to ensure that your order is delivered safely. I'm thrilled to be able to reassure you that this minimum order weight is only equal to 54 patties (ie 9 x packs). All our recipes are available to order individually, and you can, of course, only order this minimum if you so wish.
