Our cockapoo loves all the Luna patties. We have only been using Luna for a couple of months but already the health benefits are obvious - Her teeth are whiter and her breath doesn’t smell, her poo’s are small and hard and seems to emptying her anal glands herself (she used to have to go once a month to the vets to be emptied). :blush::+1::skin-tone-2::dog:

My fussy eating dogs love it. I have had 4 years of heartbreak trying to feed them but now, I put their down and they gobble it up. Because they are eating well now, they are more healthy and happy. Very easy to store. Very easy to serve up. One word I would use for this dog food is brilliant. Thank you.

My on repeat order took 8 days to arrive with no update to explain the delay (item out of stock) - very frustrating.

Dog loves them and we like the coarser mince so you can see the goodness inside. Also really handy to have 100g patties so we can easily portion for her requirements

My dogs love the patties and the turkey flavour is a firm favourite. I love the ease of feeding them patties as they defrost so quickly and it’s easy for me to portion out

The parties seem to freeze at a colder temperature which means sometimes Lewis doesn’t fancy them. This is usually at my mother in law’s home as her fridge is very cold/ as they go from freezer to fridge the night before to defrost . But in morning they are still frozen. Thanks for asking they are the least of the range that Lewis likes but he eats them when he’s at home. Won’t touch them at mum in laws! Due to colder freezing property I think. Many thanks we love Luna and me!

Thank you ever so much for your steadfast loyalty to LUNA & me. We are truly delighted to have had the privilege of feeding your lovely Lewis since October 2020.
We are thrilled to confirm that you can feed our recipes from frozen to room temperature. We recommend removing only the amount you need for the next day and leaving it to defrost in the fridge overnight. When you are ready to serve Lewis, bring his food to room temperature by leaving it out for approximately 30 minutes and then serve.
If you are finding differences in fridge temperature, we recommend defrosting in the fridge for a longer period of time. Remember, once defrosted, our patties last up to 3 days in the fridge.
Once again, I extend my heartfelt gratitude for entrusting us with the well-being of your furry companion. We cherish the opportunity to provide you and Lewis with the utmost quality nutrition and care for many years to come.
