At LUNA & me we always work hard to keep our entire menu in stock however, on rare occasions, items can take a little longer.
We make all our food in small batches to maintain the integrity of our recipes and the quality and freshness of our products. Occasionally, we may be waiting for an item to come from our suppliers or production team, meaning a slight delay can occur.
When an item is out of stock, we will always look to offer substitutions or a delivery time frame when we can!

I could only feed one pack to my cats as the rest arrived damaged with the end broken open. They really loved this flavour, however the customer service over the damaged items was very poor. The shop initially refused to replace and said they were fine to feed despite clear food hygiene and contamination risks, then when I politely pushed back on this they have refunded my order and closed my account

In your initial correspondence, you reported damage to three trays of food. Based on the photos and our expertise, we advised that the food was safe for consumption, as it remained frozen and inner seals were intact. While we understand you chose not to follow this advice, we issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture, even though this solution did not meet your satisfaction.
However, your review suggested far more extensive damage than initially reported. For transparency and fairness, we felt it was important to clarify this. We value constructive feedback but believe multiple negative reviews across platforms do not reflect the efforts made to resolve your concerns.
Ultimately, we decided to close your account to avoid further dissatisfaction.

Perfect consistency, easy to eat for the cats with minimal cleaning to do after. For me it's also convenient to handle the thawing is a bit annoying but I work around it. My cats are quite picky and still ate it at first try impressive.
My cat has chicken allergy and after trying all flavour options, rabbit is the winner. I like to mix it with different flavours so that he'll enjoy them more

My cat is loving the basic rabbit. It looks so fresh and feels good quality! The organ snacks are too hard for him it gives him pain and they have become so thick I struggle to break them up. Would you consider doing a more chewy version? Can’t recommend the rabbit meat enough though!
She runs to her bowl when she sees her rabbit patties come out of the fridge.

My cat is very fussy, he knows when food has been defrosted and doesn't eat it, he doesn't like exotic flavours, and other slight differences are detected too, but he does like rabbit and chicken, both from purrform and luna & me. 90% of the time he eats all the patty.
