At LUNA & me we always work hard to keep our entire menu in stock however, on rare occasions, items can take a little longer.

We make all our food in small batches to maintain the integrity of our recipes and the quality and freshness of our products. Occasionally, we may be waiting for an item to come from our suppliers or production team, meaning a slight delay can occur.

When an item is out of stock, we will always look to offer substitutions or an expected delivery time frame when we can!

I would like to provide some clarification regarding our delivery process and boxes. Our food-safe boxes are specifically designed to maintain the freshness of our food during transit for 3-4 days. If the food arrives cold (but not frozen), rest assured it is still safe to freeze and use. There will be no compromise in quality or freshness when following this method.

I would like to mention that we partner with DPD for our deliveries, and we highly recommend utilising the DPD app. This app gives you full control over your deliveries, allowing you to view the full history of your parcel and direct the driver to a different location for more convenient parcel drop-off. It provides a convenient and flexible way to manage your deliveries.

Thank you for informing us of the condition of the trays. We are sorry to hear that they arrived broken, as we always work tirelessly behind the scenes to plan, portion, package and deliver, so all you need to do is thaw and feed.

We have reported this to our courier and asked them to investigate to ensure that this does not happen again. Whilst there is no loss of safety or quality to our food, I would recommend placing the trays into a Tupperware or freezer bag before placing them into the freezer and then using them as normal.

I am happy to let you know that all of our packaging is fully recyclable, made in the UK from recycled materials that have been produced in the UK, minimising the carbon footprint.

Our polystyrene boxes are food-safe and made with no harmful gases; they are full of 98% air, a little like a balloon, made from recycled material and fully recyclable after use. We have spent a lot of time making conscious decisions for our business regarding our packaging, and none of the choices we make is taken lightly, and all are made with the environment in mind.
