Great variety - maybe not every flavour was popular with kitties, however they still ate all patties regardless, leaving the plates clean! Personal favourite was clearly chicken and everything mixed with it. Cat tax - showing one of my two happy cats!

We were buying Luna & Me from our local pet store but once we realised how much Echo and River loved it it made sense to move to a bulk order and away from our previous raw product which came in tubs of 500g. The patties are great, so convenient and some new varieties for our boys to try. The boys are loving it so far.
Arrived late and completely defrosted
Had to throw over £100 in the bin
Nothing from customer services other than you didn't take pics so we don't give a monkeys!!!! Will not be ordering again

We are genuinely sorry your delivery did not arrive as expected, and we understand how frustrating that must have felt.
When you contacted us, we responded the same day. We asked that correspondence remain respectful, explained our standard procedure, and requested photographs of the order so we could investigate properly. Photographic evidence is the only way we can assess what has happened and take the right action for every customer fairly. Unfortunately, no photographs were provided, which meant we were unable to take the matter further.
We take every delivery concern seriously, and we would always want the opportunity to make things right. That offer remains open.

I’ve tried many cat food brands due to my cat’s food sensitivities and allergies, as she was born unwell and even needed a blood transfusion as a kitten. Very few foods agree with her digestive system.
I started her on Luna and Me about two months ago, and she’s been noticeably healthier since. Her coat is growing back soft, her skin irritation has cleared up, and she no longer vomits after eating.
There are occasional times she’s less interested in the food, but most of the time she eats it well. Overall, I would definitely recommend it. It also seems much cleaner than some other raw food brands that still include unnecessary ingredients.
It’s so wonderful to hear how much of a difference LUNA & me has made for your little kitten.
She’s clearly been through so much already, and we can only imagine how much care and dedication you’ve given her along the way. Hearing that her coat and skin have improved, and that she’s finally happily eating, truly means the world to us.

Box was delayed due to the weather and was worried food would be defrosted by time of delivery, contacted Company and got a swift reply reassuring me everything would be ok. Food arrived next day still well frozen. Box is always well packaged and my cats alike the product.

Great size patties, goid variety of flavours, the packaging that has each patty sesled seperate is grst once defrosted.

We completely agree... cats can be notoriously fussy! Just so you know, all of our recipes are available to order individually, so you can tailor an order with your cat’s favourites and skip the ones that don’t quite hit the mark. We hope that helps make mealtimes even easier!

Raw food is of a premium quality but unfortunately 1 of my cats won't eat it. Both have been fed raw since kittens and I know some cats take time to transition to a new brand but she just won't take to these. So, unfortunately I will be returning to the previous brand of raw food which is more expensive.

My cats have had a raw diet since having them but I’ve never seen them eat as fast as they do with your product. They thank you. My wife’s only concern is the styrofoam box the food comes in isn’t very environmentally friendly

I'm delighted to be able to confirm that all our packaging is fully recyclable, including the polystyrene food-safe delivery box. Our food-safe EPS boxes are made from recycled material and air. Most councils will take them into regular recycling at the waste centre, if not at the curbside.
At LUNA & me, we have spent a lot of time making conscious decisions regarding our packaging and none of the choices we make are taken lightly. All are made with the environment in mind.

okay, I love your stuff, my cats been enjoying it, and I would give you guys 5 stars but one of the packages of 3 patties(I don't know the type as alot of the cardboard that is usually around them was loose) was broken at the edge making it open to the elements. I took a photo of it if you need it. but overall I've been very happy with it

Great products as always. My cat demolishes the whole lot. His coat is shiny, his poo doesn't smell and neither does the house like it would from sachet food. I'm glad we found Luna & Me!

We always recommend feeding cats from our RawBlends and Essential menus, where you have many varieties to choose from. Our LUNA & me RawBlends and Essential recipes are our recommended meal choices for adult cats. Made exclusively for how cats eat, with a texture that cats just love. You can choose anything from our menus to create an order specific to your cat's preferences or select one of our wonderful variety boxes, taking all the work out of meal planning!
Transitioning cats to raw food can take perseverance! They become fixated on their current food and can be notoriously difficult to switch! Keep trying; we promise it's worth it!

As soon as I take a tray out of the freeze, my cat comes hugging my legs for the food! He loves it.

Cats are always content with their food. Perfectly sized patties so no messing.
I ordered a large amount of luna and me I have 3 cats, they absolutely loved all flavours of the raw food, the delivery was prompt I wasn't in but the driver left the boxes under the porch the food was well packjed and still frozen, I'm very pleased so far with my first order of luna and me and I hope to from them for a long time to come
