Amazing customer service, helped me out tremendously when I had questions. One of my cats loves the food and licks his plate clean every time but still working on our adult cat who’s more cautious as she’s never had raw food before! The treats are a massive hit for both. Too early to tell any health changes but so far so good!

We have tried many different brands and types of food for our cat and seemed to have found Luna and me to be the best. We have tried raw, tinned and pouches and various other online and in store brands, like untamed and Bella & duke.
Our cats litter box no longer smells, she’s more active and has a much healthier coat. Portion sizes are generous, but with a little adjustment our cat sits at a perfect weight. When we first tried her with Luna and me, she gobbled it up and came out the kitchen meowing. She then proceeded to stare at me licking her lips, very pleased with her breakfast.
Delivery was quick and the packaging was brilliant. Arrived on time and still frozen.
Meals are easy to store and serve. I hope the brand brings out more toppers and treats, as our cat adores the organ blend ones.

I'm really happy with the food . But I won't be buying again because there's so much polystyrene packaging . I'm happy the food arrived fresh but other companies use biodegradable wool insulation with the ice blocks . I don't feel good about so much waste sorry .

Our insulated boxes are made from AirPop:registered:, which is fully recyclable. We chose this material very deliberately because it protects the food safely in transit while also being able to be recycled after use.
Food safety will always come first when we are shipping frozen meals, but we are constantly reviewing materials and improvements wherever we can.
Received the welcome cat box patties, impressed with the well packed package, went straight to the freezer, I take one out daily for the cat, let it defrost, the cat likes it raw and also slightly pan cooked. This is good quality food, can't get any better. The portion sizes are just right, I sometimes cut them in half and serve for later. So good to have the variety. Definitely recommend.

I recently bought the welcome pack to transition my car onto raw food. First impressions of it are great!
Perfectly portioned to make it easier to help with the transition and quality is amazing too!

My cat absolutely loves Luna and Me and I will definitely continue. The only issue is she wants more than she should ideally have!!
We love hearing this. They have a very good instinct for asking for more when something really agrees with them.
With meat-first, gently balanced meals it’s common for cats to seem endlessly keen, even when their nutritional needs are being fully met. Keeping an eye on her body condition and sticking to her usual portions is the best guide, and splitting meals into smaller, more frequent feeds can sometimes help too.

The customer service and delivery were good. The food was delivered well packaged and quite quickly, especially as ordered just after Christmas.
In hind sight I wish I had ordered smaller packs to start with, but this is because my fur baby is sooo fussy. Out of all the flavours, the little. toad will only eat the chicken. I have tried mixing and adding treats, but nothing helps.
The food itself looks fresh and he is asking for food and eating it well, just a pain he is only enjoying one flavour so will need to order a little sooner than anticipated. This is no fault all to the company, but wish I had just ordered differently to start with.

All aspects 5 star- (quality of food, service, nutritional value) except the packaging was a bit shocking- expanded polystyrene is still a persistent plastic and generates microplastics which cause health problems. Please consider non-plastic and fully biodegradable packaging. The lids of several of the containers were ripped open.

I own the fussiest Maine coon in the world, we have tried every brand known to man. Wet, dried, cooked … Marvin was raw fed previously but guess what… he went off it, we even went as far as buying prebiotics to sprinkle on. In my search for a food we came across you guys and he’s loving it (apart from the chicken) but this is a big win for us, he’s looking good and happier, absolutely bounds down the stairs in the morning to be fed - after he’s woke us all up …. Long may it last, the variety is great and we’re still testing out the patties for taste, I’ve ordered on repeat
My 15yr old female cat loves the healthy patties which are quality made and frozen so you only use what you need from a pack in the fridge. Fabulous - hooman and Ms Jenny kitty both very happy

The immediate response from our cats was very encouraging. We have only had time to try one of the flavours so far - the safest: chicken. The real test will be how they take to the other options but the indications are very positive.

To early to tell if working for my two. G will eat most food and is eating it well. F typically didn't like it and now after buying him other stuff has decided I'll try it. Ones got thyroid other diabetes. Hopefully G will start to put on a bit weight and thyroid levels come down. Just also trying to keep F hydrated as heat and diabetes is not fun

My kitten is used to eating raw meat and when I found Luna and Me, I thought it was excellent value for money and in nice proportion sizes. Unfortunately, the meat is minced too finely for my kitten. He doesn’t seem to enjoy eating this raw food. So I will be returning to using purrform in the future. But overall I would recommend Luna and Me for its value, pack size and ingenuity. I just wish the mince wasn’t so finely minced

We know that kittens can have finicky tendencies, and we understand - we all have preferences, don't we! Texture can be a huge factor when making the switch, and kittens who are sensitive to this can take a bit more persuasion than others.
