My two British shorthair kittens absolutely love Luna & me!
We had tried other products but have found their quality of meat is much better. My kittens are always satisfied and don’t meow for food in between meals (as they did on other products).
We have two very happy, shiny coats and healthy kittens and will be staying with Luna & me.

Amazing customer service, helped me out tremendously when I had questions. One of my cats loves the food and licks his plate clean every time but still working on our adult cat who’s more cautious as she’s never had raw food before! The treats are a massive hit for both. Too early to tell any health changes but so far so good!

I'm really happy with the food . But I won't be buying again because there's so much polystyrene packaging . I'm happy the food arrived fresh but other companies use biodegradable wool insulation with the ice blocks . I don't feel good about so much waste sorry .

Our insulated boxes are made from AirPop®, which is fully recyclable. We chose this material very deliberately because it protects the food safely in transit while also being able to be recycled after use.
Food safety will always come first when we are shipping frozen meals, but we are constantly reviewing materials and improvements wherever we can.
The customer service and delivery were good. The food was delivered well packaged and quite quickly, especially as ordered just after Christmas. In hind sight I wish I had ordered smaller packs to start with, but this is because my fur baby is sooo fussy. Out of all the flavours, the little. toad will only eat the chicken. I have tried mixing and adding treats, but nothing helps. The food itself looks fresh and he is asking for food and eating it well, just a pain he is only enjoying one flavour so will need to order a little sooner than anticipated. This is no fault all to the company, but wish I had just ordered differently to start with.

Fussy flavour preferences are incredibly common with cats, and what you’re describing is something we see every day. It isn’t a problem with the food, it’s simply a case of your cat deciding they’ve found their favourite. Once that happens, the key is knowing how to work with that preference rather than against it.

Cat absolutely loves it
All aspects 5 star- (quality of food, service, nutritional value) except the packaging was a bit shocking- expanded polystyrene is still a persistent plastic and generates microplastics which cause health problems. Please consider non-plastic and fully biodegradable packaging. The lids of several of the containers were ripped open.

While we appreciate there are other options out there, we’ve chosen our clever Airpop® insulated boxes because they’re fully recyclable and, most importantly, they work best to keep our meals safely frozen during transit. We’re always reviewing new materials and processes as we grow, and your feedback is genuinely helpful.
We’re also very sorry that some of your packets arrived with damaged film - this isn’t the standard we expect, and we’ll be monitoring this closely.

My 15yr old female cat loves the healthy patties which are quality made and frozen so you only use what you need from a pack in the fridge. Fabulous - hooman and Ms Jenny kitty both very happy
The immediate response from our cats was very encouraging. We have only had time to try one of the flavours so far - the safest: chicken. The real test will be how they take to the other options but the indications are very positive.

My kitten is used to eating raw meat and when I found Luna and Me, I thought it was excellent value for money and in nice proportion sizes. Unfortunately, the meat is minced too finely for my kitten. He doesn’t seem to enjoy eating this raw food. So I will be returning to using purrform in the future. But overall I would recommend Luna and Me for its value, pack size and ingenuity. I just wish the mince wasn’t so finely minced

I have noted that since my cats have gone on a raw diet they do not poo as much and when they do its not as smelly

My cat loves the food
My two have been fed a raw diet (other brand) since weaning. Sadly though they would not eat this at all. Despite several attempts of different amounts, and trying alongside other food a slight nibble is all they would try. I’ve had to dispose of it all.
We're sorry to hear that your cats didn’t take to our patties. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially when you’re already committed to feeding raw.
Even when moving from one raw brand to another, some cats can be surprisingly sensitive to change. They often become very attached to the taste and texture of what they know, and switching can take time and patience, sometimes even several weeks of gentle transition.

This is a great food for my cat. Reasonable price, good quality. Highly recommended
Love the product but hate the packaging. The trays are easily broken and they come in a polystyrene box, which I can't recycle locally. Cat has love all the flavours so far, except for duck.
Both cats (9yo and 3 yo) LOVED the food - im super impressed as typically they are rather fussy and get bored with food even if initially they enjoyed it. With Luna and me they were leaving the plates clean. Also value for money is brilliant.
My cats really like this food. However, it is a bit too rich for them, so I have to mix it with bought food.
